Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart Are Teaming Up to Host a Cooking Show

Former criminals Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg will be trading recipes and slaying kitchens as co-hosts of a new cooking show set to debut on VH1.

Yes, we’re serious.

The D-O-double-G and Martha have quite the history, which will be rekindled this fall on “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party.”

“My homegirl Martha and I have a special bond that goes back. We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can’t wait for you to see how we roll together,” said Snoop in a statement.

Snoop – who I chatted with last year in Toronto – has even made an appearance on Stewart’s former show, Martha. Stewart and Snoop also recently appeared together on ABC’s “100,000 Pyramid.” Both also participated in last year’s epic Comedy Central roast of our hometown superstar Justin Bieber.

The series will feature Stewart and Snoop teaming up each week to host a dinner party filled with an assortment of celebrity guests.

“At our dinner party, we will exemplify America’s fascination with food, entertaining and celebrity,” said Stewart, who also said the show “will redesign the traditional food competition shows in a new, different and very funny way.”

With Snoop Dogg, who launched a line of weed products last year, involved, it will no doubt be filled with some pretty high-larious moments and no shortage of munchies material.

“And this, here, is how you make the dopest butter on the planet.”
