These are Toronto’s Least and Most Expensive Neighbourhoods By Postal Code

Information in this post was provided by TheRedPin, a full-service real estate brokerage that carries the largest database of condos and homes in the Greater Toronto Area – offering access to 60% more listings than on MLS.

The series of numbers and letters that constitute a postal code have been tapped by researchers to find trends in nearly everything under the sun – from voting patterns to varying costs in car insurance premiums, crime rates, and even pin-pointing where the loudest neighbourhoods to live are.

After looking at home prices across all 102 of Toronto’s postal codes, The Red Pin discovered Toronto’s least and most expensive neighbourhoods to purchase real estate for condos, detached houses, and townhouses respectively.

They also went even further, looking at home prices in the city’s most populated postal codes and areas which feature the most active real estate markets (areas that saw the highest number of properties change hands).

P.S. If your postal code isn’t highlighted in this post, let us know the first three digits of your postal code on our Facebook page and we’ll have The Red Pin provide the average real estate prices in your area.
