Please Stop: The Next Social Media ‘Challenge’ is Putting Pop Cans Between Your Boobs

You could soon see a lot more “cans” in your social media newsfeed.

The latest and “greatest” social media challenge involves a can of soda and a set of boobs.

Sounds classy, huh?

It’s called the #HoldaCokeWithYourBoobsChallenge, and it’s a means for females to showcase what they were blessed with – or what they bought – all ‘hidden’ behind the name of a good cause.

The challenge was created by an adult entertainment talent-scouting agency, Elite Talent Referral, with a goal to raise awareness for breast cancer and the importance of self-examination.

What…am I doing?

Not surprisingly, the campaign has not been without its fair share of backlash. While some point to it being nothing but an entirely self-indulgent tactic to draw attention to “the girls,” others claim that the initiative undermines those who have undergone mastectomies.

Aside from a token few males looking for a cheap laugh, it’s safe to say that the majority of the participants are well endowed and not afraid to flaunt it. In fact, many look like they’ve been waiting for such an opportunity for a very long time.

In their defense, the posts do encourage people to help by donating to Breast Cancer Research Center, and we definitely support that part.

But will we be participating? Don’t count on it.
