I create ideas, work on ideas, and make ideas reality. Entrepreneur, explorer, fitness enthusiast.
Tell us about something you wish you knew when you first started your career…
It’ll always take two times as long and cost twice as much. At the end of the day, ideas are really a dime a dozen. It’s the execution of ideas that is the most important.
What’s the biggest key to your morning routine? How does the OneBlade make it more convenient?
Making sure everything is clean and on point. I shave maybe once per week (it honestly takes too long), but letting stubble get out of hand is no fun either. OneBlade lets me keep my beard at the length that I want, and lets me maintain clean edges. It quickly allows me to me keep that three to five-day beard looking sharp.
Why is personal grooming important to you?
Because it makes you feel good, makes you feel confident. It’s like putting your best foot forward. And that’s important because you never know who you’re going to meet when you walk out the door.
How do you dress for success?
I’m a big fan of business casual. I mix it up between double monk straps, bright socks, nice jeans and a bespoke dress shirt/blazer with some Bolt & Stone accessories, and clean white/black Stan Smiths, chinos, and a white tee. Depends on the season.
How would you describe your individual look/style and how do you customize/tailor your look?
My look is business casual. I’m really grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with outstanding bespoke designers (like the guys at London Bespoke Club, Marlon Durrant, and King & Bay) so I customize my look with bespoke/custom clothes and unique Men’s accessories.
Why is looking the part important in your industry?
Unfortunately, people judge you by the way you look. I say, use this to your advantage. Sometimes you want to be unassuming, other times you want to command respect in a stunning suit. I try to keep a balance.
An essential style tip:
This is kind of one and the same: Attention to detail. Use unique accessories or components to complement your style.
What’s one thing you wish you had more time for?
Travel. I love travelling but have been so excited by my businesses that I haven’t made as much time for it as I want.
