Avec Bistro is hosting the Bill to Tail dinner at the end of the month to help celebrate City Palate Magazine’s 20th anniversary. Executive Chef, Darnell Japp will be serving Noble Farms duck in 20 different dishes and each course will come with a wine pairing.
