48-hours In California Done The Right Way

With Coachella taking place in a few weeks and LA being all the rage, we break down what to do over 48 hours in California:

Stay in an Airbnb:

From tree-houses to airstreams, the options are endless when exploring homes away from home in the sunshine state. If you’re you going to travel like a local, you might as well sleep like one. Forget the hotel and hide away in a cabin in the desert surrounded by succulents, making for the most authentic experience and the perfect Instagram posts.

Head Out For a Hike:

Whether you’re craving a walk up Runyon Canyon or a scenic trek through the San Jacinto Mountains, no Cali experience is complete without escaping the buzz to take in what this state has to offer nature wise.

Meet a Skater:

One of the best things about California is the people. Somehow everyone is effortlessly cool, always outside and constantly doing something physical. But because you only have the weekend, take a break from the sporting life and enjoy the people around you and the view they give you for the afternoon.

Go to the Beach:

You can absolutely not go to California without going to the beach. The beach to Calforinians is like like a cafè to the French, it’s a necessary part of the day. Each has their own vibe, so you might need to visit a few before you pick your favourite. We recommend watching the early surfers on Huntington Beach.
