Beyoncé Finished Her Time in Toronto With a $3,500 Trip to Caplansky’s Deli

Anyone living within a 100-mile radius of the GTA knows that the Rogers Centre had a very special guest Wednesday evening — and no, it wasn’t Becky with the good hair.

Toronto welcomed the one and only Beyoncé as she wrapped up the Canadian leg of her Formation World Tour.

And if you’re a loyal member of the Beyhive, you understand how hard the Queen works. So it comes as no surprise that she knows how to treat herself after an intense performance.

Before heading to her next Formation stop in Chicago, Bey made sure to pay a popular Toronto smoked meat joint a visit.

She and her team ordered more than $3500 worth of food from Caplansky’s, a local deli that is beginning to franchise across the country. An employee informed The Fader that “99 per cent” of the order was smoked meat sandwiches, which is the restaurant’s speciality. If you do the math, this works out to be more than 180 mouth-watering smoked meat sandwiches.

Given the insanity that made up Beyoncés show, the order is completely well earned.
